Who we are
This policy covers www.hornsbyaccounts.co.uk, the website of Hornsby Accounts Ltd, Office Suite, 6a Market Place, Brigg, North Lincolnshire, DN20 8HA (company number 04767467). When you use our contact or meeting request forms, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if given, your message, and for meeting requests the service, preferred date, time and meeting type. We use this information only to reply to you, arrange meetings and provide the services you ask about, and for our internal record keeping.
Spam protection
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that submissions come from a real person. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies
This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies needed for its spam protection to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Marketing
We do not currently operate an email mailing list. We will not add you to any marketing list without your explicit permission, and we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Security and retention
We are committed to keeping your information secure, with suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place. Your information is kept private and stored securely until it is no longer required. Please note that no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
